A week after two-thirds of San Francisco's taxi fleet was barred from picking up passengers at SFO, officials banned cab drivers from organizing at the airport.
Drivers say that officials are clamping down on their First Amendment rights, but an SFO statement said the airport is not intended for "free speech activities."
While Uber and Lyft drivers are subject to the same rules banning organizing, ride service drivers can still pick up passengers at the airport.
