The familiar scene of people fleeing a mass-shooting with their hands in the air was repeated Tuesday at YouTube headquarters in San Bruno.

San Bruno Police Chief Ed Barberini said the woman believed to be the shooter died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, and that three others have been wounded.

YouTube's parent company, Google, urged workers to stay away from the area and announced an employee helpline.
