Following Attorney General Jeff Sessions' speech slamming "open borders radicals" in California, Gov. Jerry Brown called the Trump administration's lawsuit "an act of war."

The Justice Department is suing the state of California, Gov. Brown and California Attorney General Xavier Becerra, accusing them of obstructing federal immigration agents trying to enforce the law.
