In his State of the Union speech Tuesday night, President Trump blurred the line between MS-13 gang members and DREAMers.

Saying, "many of these gang members took advantage of glaring loopholes in our laws to enter the country as unaccompanied alien minors," Trump then went on to explain his immigration plan.

California Sen. Kamala Harris accused the president of being "irresponsible."
