It’s been a rough year as California has gone from extreme drought to floods to devastating wildfires.
No sooner had the drought begun to ease in early 2017 than flooding hit and the Oroville Dam spillway was severely damaged by raging storm waters.
Here’s hoping for a calmer 2018.
