The $1.5 trillion GOP tax bill moved closer to final passage amid furious Democrats and a last-minute procedural delay.

Though it already passed the House, the Senate parliamentarian flagged three provisions in the bill that are not allowed under reconciliation rules so the House must vote again.

The Senate is expected to vote on the bill Tuesday night.

Livid Democrats in Congress and resisting governors have so far been powerless to stop the march of the Republican bill that doles out a $1.5 trillion tax cut.
