A three-judge panel ordered Silicon Valley billionaire Vinod Khosla to reopen Martins Beach to the public, handing the Surfrider Foundation another victory.

Khosla is trying to prevent the public from accessing the beach and has been battling multiple lawsuits for years, arguing that keeping the beach open to the public would be an unconstitutional taking of his property.
