Citing President Trump's tweets in their decision, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals handed Trump another defeat for his travel ban.
This is just the latest loss in a string of court defeats for the Trump administration's "travel ban." Apparently, those words on the campaign trail and in early-morning tweets really do matter.
