BART riders faced major system-wide delays Tuesday morning after a train broke down in the Transbay Tube.

This comes after a report showing soaring rider complaints. BART is dealing with more growing pains and an expanding list of problems. (Keep in mind, though, there is a terrible traffic jam on the Bay Bridge in this cartoon.)
