Ed Harris, actor and recipient of this year's Peter J. Owens Award. He will be appearing at the Castro Theatre tonight at 7:30pm for an onstage interview and a screening of "A Flash of Green" (1984)

Jean-Claude Carriere, screenwriter whose films include "Belle de Jour" and "The Unbearable Lightness of Being," and a recipient of this year's Maurice Kanbar Award for Excellence in Screenwriting. "Belle de Jour" will be screened on Saturday at the Kabuki Theater
