New Calif. Budget Calls for 'Painful Cuts'

Governor Jerry Brown says the state needs to slash nearly $1.4 billion in welfare and child care aid to the poor. That's part of Brown's new budget proposal, released Thursday, which aims to repair a $9.2 billion general fund deficit. We discuss the proposed budget, and who will be affected.
