Cal Baseball's Dramatic Season

The California Golden Bears beat Baylor on Monday, advancing in the NCAA baseball tournament. The team's post-game celebration was a far cry from the mood at the beginning of the season, which they thought might be the team's last.

Facing budget woes, UC Berkeley had announced that it would eliminate five of its varsity sports programs, including baseball. In response, supporters raised $10 million to save the team. We talk to the head coach and Cal's athletic director about the tumultuous season and the team's future.
