The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has blocked a lower court ruling allowing same-sex marriages in California. The court has stayed the decision until an appeal can be heard. That means same-sex couples who want to marry in California will have to wait until at least December. We discuss the 9th Circuit Court’s decision.
