A federal judge will rule in coming weeks on the constitutionality of California’s Proposition 8, which bans same-sex marriage. On Wednesday, lawyers for opponents and proponents of same-sex marriage delivered closing arguments on whether the state’s voter-approved same-sex marriage ban is constitutional. We look at the case, and where it goes from here.
