On Monday evening, KQED TV will air the pilot episode of “Sound Tracks: Music Without Borders.” Host Marco Werman and “Sound Tracks” reporters encounter musicians on several continents, from the bayous of Louisiana to the back streets of Havana, and from town squares in Africa to nightclubs in Paris. The program explores how music intersects with politics and national identity.
