The Art of Bay Area Boxing feat. Sons of the Sweet Science

Oakland has always punched above its weight. From the gyms of East Oakland to national title stages, the Bay has a boxing legacy unlike anywhere else — and the next generation is already in the ring. Join us for an evening of conversation, history, and movement. Meet the people keeping the sweet science alive in our community, then get in the ring yourself. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes you can move in. The workshop is open to complete beginners — no experience, no gear, no problem. All ages and bodies are welcome.
