Throughout the day, guests can eat their way around the world with standout food trucks and street food artisans, discover local makers, and enjoy live music, performances, and family-friendly activities. From a beloved family recipe to a street food tradition carried across generations, every dish offers a taste of the stories that shape our communities.

Ticketed guests, with exclusive in-and-out access to vendors inside Bloc15, will receive an Atlas to guide their journey through the event, uncovering the origins, spices, and journey behind each dish as they explore a curated world of international flavors.
