Celebrate Korea’s most iconic culinary staple with an energetic, sensory-rich experience that brings together culture, cuisine, and creativity.
In partnership with the Korean Center Inc. (KCI), the program will include a live step-by-step demonstration by Chef JiYoung Park from Park Kitchen, where attendees will learn the process of making kimchi and prepare their own kimchi to take home.
The event will also feature tastings and performances that highlight the depth and vibrancy of Korean culinary traditions.
