Rethink School: Youth Advocating for Change

Over the last school year, students from around the Bay Area advocated for change in their schools through original, youth-made podcasts submitted to the “Rethink School With MindShift” KQED Youth Media Challenge. Join us for a youth-led event featuring these young people and their original media pieces. You’ll hear about the challenges they face at school and their solutions, from improving school lunches to creating a safer, more supportive environment for transgender and non-binary students. This event is for everyone who cares about the next generation, education and our community.
