About Sever
In Sever, playwright Aaron Loeb revisits the Hansel and Gretel fable with often surprising and hilarious results. The time is the present and the context is a deeply divided country (think “red states” and “blue states”) where corporate downsizing and collective values are the topics of the day.
Sever premiered at the 9th Annual Best of PlayGround Festival in San Francisco on May 12, 2005.
