BottleRock, wine country’s most high-profile music festival, returns to Napa Valley Expo May 22–24, and this year’s headliners are rock icons Foo Fighters, OG boy band Backstreet Boys, pop shapeshifter Lorde, “Lose Control” hitmaker Teddy Swims, beloved dance-punk band LCD Soundsystem and 20-year-old indie rock singer Sombr.
A festival with intergenerational appeal, this year’s BottleRock features legacy acts like funk superstars Chaka Khan and Kool & The Gang, and artists bound to evoke Gen X and millennial nostalgia, including Lil Wayne, Ludacris, Busta Rhymes, Papa Roach, Tom Morello, Rilo Kiley and Cut Copy. Rising artists like Dallas rapper BigXthaPlug are also in the mix, along with more surprising choices like Paris Jackson, daughter of Michael Jackson, and DJ Pauly D of Jersey Shore fame.
BottleRock features extensive culinary and wine offerings, and tickets for general admission three-day passes go on sale on Jan. 14 at 10 a.m.
