Sultan of sleaze John Waters will emcee this year’s Burger Boogaloo, leading a lineup across the Mosswood Park stage that includes Thee Oh Sees, the Mummies, the Trashwomen, the Dwarves, Lyres, Angry Samoans, the Young Fresh Fellows, Shannon & the Clams, Flamin’ Groovies with Roy Loney, Psycotic Pineapple and many more.
This is the second consecutive year of Waters as host, and for 2016 he’s bringing along his Cry-Baby co-star Traci Lords. Lords, who first made headlines in the 1980s for appearing in adult films while underage, will be available for a meet-and-greet at the festival.
