After stops in New York and L.A., the very pink, very popular Museum of Ice Cream finally opened its doors in San Francisco. From a gold-horned unicorn to a swimming pool filled with plastic sprinkles, the exhibits are designed to be touched, interacted with, consumed and shared – especially on social media. Although tickets to the museum sold out within minutes, its head of content and social media Madison Utendahl gave us a rare tour of the sights, sounds and surprises that have made it such a delicious hit.
