    • Mon 5/06: very brief KQED DT9 OTA outage

      (DT9.1, 9.2, 9.3) This morning we had a very brief outage of our over the air (OTA) coverage for KQED 9.1/9.2/9.3, which lasted apx 4 minutes. Most tuners will have found the channel again as soon as service was restored, but some may need to be rescanned for channel 9. This outage did not affect [...]

    • Mon 4/22: KQEH OTA signal back on air

      (DT54.1 through DT54.5) The Over the Air (OTA) signal from our KQEH transmitter on Monument Peak was restored at apx 6:35pm this evening. Most tuners should automatically find the signal, however some OTA viewers may need to do a rescan to restore reception.

    • Mon 4/22: KQEH OTA planned overnight outage extended

      Unexpected technical problems have been discovered at the KQEH transmitter site during planned maintenance overnight.  KQED crews have identified the problem and are working to correct it as soon as possible. Please check back to this blog for status updates. Service to Comcast and other providers are uninterrupted.

Raggs pretends to fly on an imaginary journey to Magic Land and tries all sorts of ways to get there. All of the trips are fun, but the best part of all is getting to go there with his friends. The dogs have to transport some eggs to Charlene the Chicken. But the eggs are very fragile and they have to find a clever, safe way to move them. Will an egg and spoon race be a safe way to take them?

Its Puppy Love Day (Valentine's Day) and Razzles wants to find an extra special way to show her friends how much she loves them. All the dogs explore different ways to express love for their friends. < br />Pido loves his new surfboard so much he does everything with it, except surfing. But when he accidentally breaks it, the other pups show Pido the best way to love a surfboard is to actually use it to catch a wave.

Razzles is teaching the dogs a new dance but Raggs keeps muddling the steps. Stand back, brain attack. Pido has a new idea to help Raggs remember the moves. They discover a great trick using music and counting! When Pido loses his balance on the surfboard, he discovers that he needs to practice to surf. When Trilby wants everyone to practice dancing, she teaches Pido that dancing will help Pido become a better surfer, too.

Pido wants a new set of drums because he thinks new must be best, but he learns a very different lesson when he starts to miss his old drums. Will Pido find some new drums that he loves?

The dogs are so excited about their new CD and so proud that they all worked together to do it. They decide to celebrate by baking a special bone cake - together. Raggs soon discovers that he needs to learn from the other dogs how to work together when baking a cake because trying to do it on your own can be disastrous.
Razzles wants to be in the doggy cart races this year and drive super-fast, but she needs help building her cart. After the dogs work together to build a great cart, Razzles discovers what happens when she tries to put on some finishing touches by herself.

It's Puppy Pirate Sharing Day! Instead of sharing, Raggs eats all of Pido's Surprise Pie and tries to cover it up by filling it with his building blocks.

All the dogs love bath time, well, all the dogs except Pido - he thinks baths are boring. The rest of the dogs work together to show Pido all the fun things you can do to have a great bath that is not boring.
Shake your Tails, the clubhouse is a mess and Trilby tries to rally the dogs to help clean up. All the dogs seem to have other plans and don't have time to clean the house, but when they return the clubhouse is now magically all clean. Is it possible that Dumpster cleaned the clubhouse?

Uh Oh, Razzles left the hose running by mistake and the water overflowed on the ground. With one bucket of water left - they use B. When the pups go on a pretend journey to the bottom of the ocean, they discover that there are lots of different animals that live under water. Raggs wants to continue his exploration, so the rest of the pups pretend to be all sorts of sea creatures.

Razzles takes over as coach of the relay team and the dogs soon learn that being positive and encouraging is much more fun for everyone.

Raggs has so much fun using his imagination.

Trilby loves the great present she got from Noisy Neville - a Noisy Noisemaker. The dogs start to hear lions, trains & elephants inside the house until they learn that Trilby is playing a trick on them. The dogs trick Trilby with sounds they make outside like galloping horses & frogs. But who plays the last trick when all the dogs hear noises inside the clubhouse?

It's Movement Monday at Puppy Preschool and Razzles has to teach the puppies how animals move differently. The rest of the dogs realize that Razzles has her animal movements all mixed-up. So, it is a perfect time for a Group Howl and club meeting where the dogs solve the problem and create a musical way to help Razzles learn the movements. Trilby loves moving things and decides it would be fun to move things around the clubhouse. When the dogs come back from the concert, they find that Trilby has moved all of their things to different places. This creates quite an adventure to move everything back.

The dogs help teach Raggs and his teddy bear how to have good manners at their Teddy Bear Picnic. At their Fancy Dress Party, the dogs help teach Rude Pirate Razzles that it is important to be polite, have good manners and follow the rules when you play together.

B. Max invents a boat, the SS B. Max, and the dogs help him figure out how to make it float. Raggs invents an underwater world and everyone pretends to be an underwater animal. Raggs has so much fun; he decides he wants to be a dog-fish. The dogs find a way to teach him that pretending is fun, but it is important to be himself and that the life of a dog-fish is not as much fun as he thought.

Razzles keeps the others up all night designing a new cubby-house, but they learn the results aren't quite what they expected. Pido combines his building and cooking skills to create a Gingerbread House for the Puppy Preschool Building Show.

Trilby's best friend, Polly Possum, is moving away, so the dogs explore ways to keep in touch with a friend. Together they make friendship presents. When B. Max introduces everybody to his imaginary friend, Professor Fluffy, the others decide to use their imagination and pretend they have friends like this, too.

B. Max invents a new machine called the "Seed Sower 7000" to simplify their work in the garden. It is such a great idea, that the dogs think of all kinds of machines they should make to simplify life at the clubhouse. Razzles finds a music machine that's so good at playing the band's songs it replaces everybody - including Razzles!
