THE HUNTER AND THE SWAN DISCUSS THEIR MEETING. (NYU) - A Brooklyn couple have dinner with a hunter and his girlfriend, a magical swan woman whose captured robe led to their courtship. The evening goes downhill when the hunter's swan bride finally asks him how he originally knew the robe belonged to her. It doesn't go well, leading the Brooklyn couple to evaluate their own romantic inception.
GOD OF LOVE (NYU) - Meet Raymond Goodfellow, a multi-talented artist who combines lounge singing with his champion dart throwing ability. He has fallen head over heels for his bass player, but she's in love with the guitarist. His prayers are answered, or so he thinks, when he receives a package of passion-inducing darts. Writer/Director Luke Matheny's film won the 2011 Academy Award for Best Live Action Short.
