We all know the saying, "All roads lead to Rome." Well, according to digestive care expert, Brenda Watson, they all lead to the digestive system - at least where our health is concerned. In this program, Brenda shows us how all health ailments can be linked to an imbalance in the digestive system.
With over 20 years experience helping people overcome health challenges, Ms. Watson has been able to help people return to health - whether they suffer from typical digestive problems or chronic fatigue - by balancing the good and bad bacteria in their gut. Brenda shows us that a well-balanced intestinal tract makes up a large part of our immune system, or our body's "Gut Protection System" (GPS).
Unfortunately our GPS sometimes malfunctions and becomes out of balance, leading our health in the wrong direction. When this happens it leads to sickness and health problems. Ms. Watson shows us that no matter what our sickness or condition, putting our GPS in balance will put us back on the road to better health.
