Percy starts to raise his voice and race down the line just like Gordon. Percy is trying so hard to be like Gordon that he forgets to deliver his mail. Percy realizes that being like Gordon hasn't helped him at all and he is happy just being Percy! Victor Says Yes - Victor is an engine who likes to please everyone so when it's a busy day at the Steam Works, he bites off more than he can chew. The engines line up outside the Steam Works and ask Victor to fix them. Emily, 'Arry and Bert all become impatient as the line of engines waiting to be fixed gets longer and longer. Then Sir Topham Hatt arrives and asks Victor to fix Gordon, and of course Victor says yes. The line gets longer and the engines start to bump into each other. With Thomas' help, Victor realizes that he needs to learn to say no. Victor tells some of the engines that he can fix them the next day. Later, when the dogs walk by K.C.'s house and see K.C.'s owner reading to him, Cleo's hurt is compounded. Eventually the dogs learn that K.C. is moving to the island to be an assistance dog. The dogs learn that even though sometimes friends aren't always available, they're still friends.

Now Nick and Sally can make their airplanes, and the best part, they used recycled paper!
    * A Polar Adventure - Nick and Sally have lost Teddy outside, they need to find him, bears don't like the snow! Well some bears do, proclaims the Cat. In Freeze-Your-Knees-Snowland, Cat's friend Polly the polar bear loves the snow! They meet Polly and her two bear cubs and learn how their thick fur keeps them warm and how their long claws keep them from slipping on the ice. When a storm blows in, Polly keeps everyone warm in her den. Polar bears really do like the cold! Back home, Sally finds Teddy buried under the snow, but he was nice and safe in his own little den!

At the Big Pond, the Conductor and Erma are interrupted a few times while trying to be alone, but soon find the perfect spot back on the Train. Thomas realizes that he needs to do one thing at a time so he finishes showing the Locos how to be Really Useful, and then finishes the game of hide and seek with his best friend Percy. Thomas and the Snowman Party - It's winter on Sodor and the children are busy building a snowman. The children need a hat to complete their snowman and Thomas decides to help. Thomas takes Farmer McColl's hat for the snowman. Then, he sees the Band Conductor's hat and takes that too. Then he sees Mr. Bubbles' big colorful hat and takes that too. Thomas gets so busy looking for the hat that he forgets to deliver a special parcel to Sir Topham Hatt. However, Farmer McColl, the Brass Conductor and Mr. Bubbles all need their hats back. When Thomas delivers a parcel for Sir Topham Hatt - it's a new hat! Bob and the team build a lifeguard lookout station as part of the film set, but it will also be used permanently at Bobland Bay afterwards. Oscar's camera makes Lofty nervous and he causes havoc trying to avoid it.
