Luckily, Elmo and Abby agree to become the official Counting Booth Counters while he is away. They immediately have their first visitors, the Three Little Pigs. They ask to be counted one by one to make sure they are all there. Next, Old McDonald brings his chickens to the Counting Booth. He wants them to be counted in pairs- the same way The Count counts them. But Elmo and Abby are hesitant; they have never counted by two before! Maria comes along and shows them how to count by groups of two. Suddenly, Baby Bear runs in to the counting booth holding ten boxes of crayons with five crayons in each. He explains that he doesn't know how many crayons he has all together. Elmo is nervous, he has never counted by fives, but with the help of Maria, Abby and Elmo they are able to count each box by five. Next, Snuffy and Big Bird can't figure out how many fingers all the birdkeeters have together. Elmo and Abby suggest counting by five, but Maria has a better suggestion. Why not count by ten? Elmo, Abby, Big Bird, and Snuffy count by ten all the way to eighty! Finally, Super Grover runs in. He needs a count down to fly off and save the world! With some help from Super Grover and a number line, Elmo and Abby are able to count down to one as Grover blasts off. He makes friends with Robbie, a deaf boy he meets in the park, and learns how to communicate using sign language. After getting caught in the rain, Caillou looses his voice, but manages to find other ways to communicate until his voice comes back. Caillou wants to be taller like his friend Jim and tries to think of a way to grow faster. Mom and Dad measure him on his growth chart and show him he has grown a whole inch since last time, but that's just not enough. When Thomas is asked to carry some special bubble liquid for Mr. Bubbles, the famous clown, the other engines laugh at Thomas' funnel. Thomas rushes by them really fast to get away, spilling all the bubble liquid. It's a mystery, but Bob puts the clues together and they all point to Bristle! Is he really the culprit? Zoomer the skidoo is staying with Bob in Sunflower Valley. When a huge snowfall blocks the whole valley, Zoomer's caterpillar tracks are ideal to help Scoop find his way through the snow with his snowplough to clear the valley. But Zoomer is impatient and easily distracted. When he sees a distressed little rabbit he leaves Scoop on his own. With no expert guidance, Scoop drives into a deep snow bank and gets stuck. Then Arlene and Elliot introduce the kids and Laura to a new bird named Peng Protopteryx! Later, Caillou goes up to the attic with Mom and finds a box containing a teddy bear and a music box. Caillou and Rosie find a way to share these treasures. Caillou gets a special invitation to go to Andre's gym class. A little intimidated at first, Caillou tries his best and ends up having great fun. Caillou finds the leap-frog exercise difficult but he keeps trying and finally succeeds. Caillou learns to deal with a change in plans, when Daddy has to use the car and Mommy and Caillou have to take the subway. Thomas is bubbling with pride that he is to collect her and take her to the Town Hall for the grand concert. Also arriving that day is a new engine named Charlie. When Percy says that Charlie is more fun than Thomas, it makes Thomas worried. Thomas doesn't want Charlie to think he isn't fun, so when Charlie starts racing around the island, Thomas joins in, but a bumpy track causes Annie and Clarabel to uncouple from Thomas and he puffs off leaving Miss Botti behind. Arriving late and without Miss Botti, Sir Topham Hatt is cross with Thomas. Thomas searches for Miss Botti and finds out that she is having a marvelous time singing to anyone who will listen and more than ready for the concert. While Percy is at the Sodor Steam Works being repaired, Thomas is excited to be given the job of doing the mail run for him. Gordon advises Thomas to ask Percy for advice but Thomas thinks he knows all about how to deliver the mail. He sets off very early in the morning, tooting his whistle loudly wherever he goes. In the process, Thomas wakes up Mavis, Cranky, Victor and Kevin. Later, the sleepy engines make mistakes and Thomas realizes his error.     Bob the Builder [#609] Tumbler's Big Day Horticultural Flex is busy studying some rare plants when he hears about Sunflower Valley's very first radio station. Bob and the team get to work building the studio and erecting the transmitter. While they work, the machines think of ideas for their very own radio shows. Flex is determined to have an original idea but every time he thinks of one, someone else has beaten him to it - Roley is doing a jingle, Dodger is telling jokes and Scoop and Muck are reading stories. Flex is so worried he'll never have an original idea that he forgets that Bob needs his to help install the tall transmitter! Flex is very sorry but Bob has a great idea to solve Flex's problem. Later, with the radio station finally finished Flex dazzles the valley with his very own gardening program! It's snowy and icy in Sunflower Valley and Bob is building an ice-rink at Bobland Bay. Dizzy is delighted since she loves to ice-skate. Tumbler declares that he loves to skate too and will show her how it's really done! On their way to collect some special concrete for the ice-rink, Tumbler skids on some ice in the road. He's not as experienced as he says! But determined not to let Dizzy find out, he does everything he can to avoid more ice - including taking them a very long way back to Bob! When Dizzy gets stuck in a snow drift, Tumbler only has one choice - to admit that he's not very good on the ice and to ask Dizzy to teach him. Well if anyone knows about walking, its Cat's friends Sid the centipede, Spinny the spider and Bugsy the beetle! They all teach the kids how they walk on many legs by keeping a steady pace and walking in a rhythm and a beat. Back at home, Nick and Sally practice what they learned by using their own special rhythm!
    * Cotton Patch - Oh no! Nick has torn his favourite shirt! He needs a perfect patch of cotton to fix it. Good thing Cat's friend Dr. Twiggles knows all about cotton! Off to Fluff'n Stuff Fields to see him! Once there, the kids are astonished to learn that you can make clothes from plants! Dr. Twiggles shows them how to pick the cotton, clean and dry it, comb it and spin it into thread. Finally, he demonstrates how the thread comes together to make a patch by using his loom. They even learn how to dye the cotton by using berry juice. Nick's favourite shirt is as good as new!

While George is pretty proud of the job he does helping customers, the grocer is pretty confused about who is causing such chaos in the aisles.

His efforts seem to pay off when he measures himself again until he realizes that it's not that his legs are longer, it's that his stomach is fuller.
