When it's Elmo's turn to roll Rocco, he rolls him all the way to Barkley the dog, who picks him up and plays with him in his mouth. Bob gives Rocco back to Zoe and explains that Barkley just thought they were playing fetch. Elmo wants to continue playing, but Zoe explains that Rocco doesn't want to play anymore. Just then, she sees Grover with three dogs on leashes, and she becomes frightened. Soon after, a barking dog passes by and Zoe zooms off again. Elmo finally realizes that Zoe must be scared of dogs. When Elmo tells Zoe what he thinks, she says that Rocco is the one afraid of dogs, not her. Elmo offers to help Rocco to not be afraid anymore and introduces Rocco and Zoe to a woman and her dog. At first Zoe is reluctant to meet them, but she becomes more comfortable when she sees that the dog is wearing a tutu just like she is! As soon as the dog barks, though, Zoe runs off again and hides with Rocco. Gina comes upon Zoe and teaches her what to do when she meets a dog. Zoe and Rocco follow these steps to meet Barkley and Zoe becomes more comfortable. She even asks him to sit and give her his paw. Zoe says that she isn't afraid anymore, but corrects herself and says, "Rocco's not afraid anymore." Bob asks if Zoe would like to hold Barkley's leash and she says yes!     * How Cool is Coral - The Cat needs help! He needs to get his fish friend Ting Tang Tony back to his family. Off to Scoobamareen they go!Tony and Cat got distracted while he was drawing pictures of the beautiful coral that's all around them. Using Cat's drawings as a map,they swim to get Tony back home. Along the way they meet little polyps that live in the coral and learn that they actually helped to make it! They learn about how long it takes to make and how delicate it is. Luckily they soon find Tony's family and they're reunited. Back home Nick and Sally make their own coral drawings, cause you never know when the Cat might need help again!

Alan asks Chris to distract Cookie Monster while the club meets. Chris tries, but it's too late. Commander Chiphead, the club's Cookie Master, says that Cookie Monster can only taste Alan's cookies if he's a member of the club. To join, he must recite the Cookie Connoisseurs Club Pledge of Allegiance and follow the three rules: to first look at the cookie, then smell the cookie, and finally, only nibble the cookie to savor its flavor. Cookie Monster thinks he can follow these rules, but devours the first cookie right away! Commander Chiphead is not happy, but gives Cookie Monster another chance. Chris suggests that Cookie Monster try to pretend that the cookie is something else to help him control himself. He pretends that it's a yo-yo, which seems to be working, but once Cookie Monster smells the cookie, he eats it right up.. Next, Cookie Monster tries to pretend that the cookie smells like something stinky, which helps him get past rule #2, but as he goes to nibble it, he loses control again. Cookie Monster has one last chance, so this time he keeps reminding himself out loud that he needs to control himself so that he can stay in the club and get to try all sorts of cookies. The strategy works! Now it's time for the last cookie, and Commander Chiphead is so excited because it is one of his favorites. He loses control and devours the entire thing. Caillou and Dad decide to make a nice letter for her and they give it to the mailman to deliver. Mom is thrilled to get such a nice letter from Caillou. On another day, Caillou is really looking forward to a special day with Dad, but Dad gets a bad cold and has to stay home. The trucks are very heavy but instead of accepting Rheneas' offer of help, Skarloey challenges him to a tug of war with the trucks. As they pull and tug a coupling snaps and Skarloey races proudly off with all the trucks, but his brakes can't handle the weight! He can't stop and bashes into Duncan's delivery for the show. Instead of helping Duncan, Skarloey rushes off to deliver his special but the same thing happens again with poor Rusty. Skarloey keeps going but with no brakes he splashes into Percival pond.       (Affects several San Francisco TV & Radio stations, including KQED 9.1, 9.2 & 9.3) During the week of August 25, Monday through Friday, between 9am and 4pm, several TV and radio stations will be switching to their Auxiliary antennas.
