All of a sudden Mario Lopez, a reporter for EXTRA Sesame Street, appears and announces on his show that Cookie Monster is now the Veggie Monster! Cookie Monster, panicked, explains that even though he does love to eat healthy carrots, he is not the Veggie Monster. But everyone insists on calling him the Veggie Monster anyway. This makes Cookie Monster really unhappy. He decides to eat a cookie so that nobody will call him Veggie Monster anymore. He asks Big Bird and Snuffy if they have any cookies to eat, but all they have is birdseed, spaghetti, and cabbage. Cookie Monster tastes the cabbage for the first time and thinks it's delicious! Just then, Mario appears and reports that Cookie Monster is eating another vegetable. Cookie Monster tries to explain to Mario that just because he loves cabbage doesn't mean he is the Veggie Monster. Cookie Monster realizes that the only way he can eat vegetables is if he disguises himself. Cookie Monster eats celery in disguise, but Mario recognizes him and records it for all to see on Me Tube. Cookie Monster is upset and tells Mario how he is feeling frustrated because no one believes him. Cookie Monster sings a song about how no matter how much he loves vegetables, he'll always be who he is - Cookie Monster. Caillou and Dad go on the thrilling Niagara River Ride, they all go on a Ferris wheel and for a special treat they have cotton candy for dessert. When the house wakes up late, it's a mad rush to get Mommy off to work. But he quickly learns that creating a house from scratch just might take more than a pile of plywood and a handful of nails. What he needs is a design plan to make this work - and forgiveness for accidentally stealing supplies from Quint's dock and Mrs. Renkin's chicken coop!
    * Curious George and the Trash: Just as he is preparing to have his new driver's license photo taken, The Man with the Yellow Hat suddenly finds himself hatless - thanks to George, who accidentally crushes it. After dropping the hat off at the dry-cleaner to have it fixed, The Man asks George to wait at home for it to be delivered while he goes on a neighborhood jog. But when the hat arrives, George mistakes it for a look-a-like garbage box and tosses it down the trash chute. George's desperate attempt to recover his friend's most prized possession leads the monkey on a race through the labyrinth of the city's garbage system.

After shrinking down to limpet size, Nick and Sally learn how to hang onto the rocks with the help of natural hand- and footholds, some sticky stuff on their feet, and plain old perseverance. Now Nick knows that in order to stay on the monkey bars, he needs to keep trying!

Clifford sees this and must decide if he should dig it up and return it, or protect his friend - even though he believes that Jorge is wrong. Clifford resolves the problem by convincing Jorge to do the right thing.
    * You're Famous!: Nina and Jorge become instant celebrities when they get their picture in the newspaper. All this attention makes them act differently and alienate their friends. When their "15 minutes" ends and isolation sets in, Nina and Jorge realize that it's time to mend fences and come back to earth. Luckily, their friends are there to welcome them back.

Abby has trouble at first. She sits on the bike the wrong way. She also becomes frustrated riding her tricycle and thinks she needs magic to push the pedals. With hard work and practice, though, Abby learns to ride without help from Gordon. Whee! Abby becomes so excited that her wings start flapping and her tricycle lifts off! He makes friends with Robbie, a deaf boy he meets in the park, and learns how to communicate using sign language. After getting caught in the rain, Caillou looses his voice, but manages to find other ways to communicate until his voice comes back. Caillou wants to be taller like his friend Jim and tries to think of a way to grow faster. Mom and Dad measure him on his growth chart and show him he has grown a whole inch since last time, but that's just not enough. Daniel Helps O Tell a Story - O the Owl wants to show Daniel all his books. The boys choose a very special book about dinosaurs, but they realize that the last page of the story is missing!     Thomas & Friends [#313] Discovery Skarloey has lots of jobs and is very, very busy. Rheneas decides to help his friend and take Skarloey's coal cars for him as a surprise. He won't tell anyone what he's up to. But when Rheneas tries to puff up a steep hill with his and Skarloey's cars, they prove much too heavy. He leaves Skarloey's trucks in a siding while he delivers his first. When Rheneas returns, Skarloey's cars have vanished - Rheneas can't find them anywhere. He asks some other engines for help, but before they can start looking, Peter Sam appears, pulling the missing cars! He found them in the siding. Everyone is relieved that the cars have been found. Especially Rheneas who gets to deliver Skarloey's cars after all. Thomas is to take an important Admiral to open a new maritime museum. At the docks, Salty tells Thomas about the lost pirate treasure of Sodor, giving him the old clues to its whereabouts. With the Admiral on board, Thomas sets about trying to follow the clues. He becomes so distracted by his quest that he makes the Admiral very late. Sir Topham Hatt is cross and sends for Harold to take the Admiral the rest of the way. Thomas continues on his quest and finds the final clue, an old line. At the end of the line is the maritime museum, and the Admiral was about to open it. Thomas reveals the location of the lost treasure. The Admiral and Sir Topham Hatt are delighted. Thomas is pleased that he stuck to his quest! duration 28:46   STEREO TVY (Secondary audio: DVI)

First they learn how to milk a cow, then they discover that cows milk can be made into butter and cheese and best of all - ice cream!
    * Pick Your Friends: It's Valentine's Day and Nick and Sally can't agree on how to decorate the card they're making for Cat. Does this mean they aren't really best friends? Cat takes them to meet Sheldon, a tortoise who knows all about friendship. They learn that Sheldon's best friend is completely different than he is and that being best friends doesn't mean you always have to agree.

Archaeologist Dr. Ruben Mendoza gives us a special tour of the "Mission of Music" that includes the River of Life and just a touch of Indiana Jones and the Secret of the Illumination.
    * Luis Valdez, playwright/film director - The famed writer currently lives in San Juan Batista and has been assisting the local high school Theatre Arts programs. Luis Valdez was the founder of El Teatro Campesino in California and is thought to be the father of Mexican American Theater. Valdez was born in San Francisco and attended San Jose State where his play "The Shrunken Head of Pancho Villa" was staged in 1964. In 1978 his play, Zoot Suit, an account of racism in 1940s Los Angeles, was the first Hispanic American play to reach Broadway. He followed the landmark show with the popular 1987 film La Bamba, which launched the screen career of Lou Diamond Phillips.
    * Greg Smesstad, 8th generation Californian - Greg Smesstad is a descendent of the Bernal family, one of 30 families who came from Mexico with Spanish Captain Juan Bautista de Anza in 1775. Smesstad has written the book on the de Anza Trail, a National Parks Historic Trail, for the Park Service. In it he documents the history of the first 30 families in California. The Bernal family helped to found San Jose.
