    Dinosaur Train [#210] Hurricane at Pteranodon Terrace/Rafting The Cretaceous The long-awaited rains finally return to Pteranodon Terrace, but grow into a huge rainstorm that grows even bigger - into a hurricane! Dad hasn't seen it blow like this since he was a kid. They seek shelter, and Don discovers an entrance to a cave below their nest, where not only the Pteranodons, but also their other neighbors, the Lambeorsaurus family and Cindy Cimolestes, all take shelter for the night. In the morning, the storm has passed, but everyone must pitch in to rebuild their various nests. The family is cleaning up the mess left over from the hurricane, and discover that a raft of logs has washed up two refugees from across the Western Interior Sea - a turtle named Aidan Adocus, and a small mammal named Tommy Ptilodus. Our family learns of their adventure, crossing the sea in the storm, and washing up at Pteranodon Terrace. Diesel realizes how important his slate is. He races back to the farm with Farmer Trotter's piglets, picks up his slate and gets back to the school just in time. Pingy Pongy Pick Up - It's an important day on the Island of Sodor. The football team is playing an important match and all of the engines are given special jobs. Emily is asked to bring the team's washing but she wants to do a job which is more important. So Emily decides to try and help everyone else and ignores her job. Emily learns that the washing she is due to deliver is the Sodor United team's football kit! Now the football team has nothing to wear!. Emily decides to make everything better. She races to get the football kits cleaned and dries them by hanging the shirts like a long washing line from her funnel. Percy starts to raise his voice and race down the line just like Gordon. Percy is trying so hard to be like Gordon that he forgets to deliver his mail. Percy realizes that being like Gordon hasn't helped him at all and he is happy just being Percy! Victor Says Yes - Victor is an engine who likes to please everyone so when it's a busy day at the Steam Works, he bites off more than he can chew. The engines line up outside the Steam Works and ask Victor to fix them. Emily, 'Arry and Bert all become impatient as the line of engines waiting to be fixed gets longer and longer. Then Sir Topham Hatt arrives and asks Victor to fix Gordon, and of course Victor says yes. The line gets longer and the engines start to bump into each other. With Thomas' help, Victor realizes that he needs to learn to say no. Victor tells some of the engines that he can fix them the next day. Dr. Cordova uses a video connection so we can meet a real wildlife biologist studying pandas at the San Diego Zoo! This leads the rest of the kids to ask about science fields they're interested in.     Bob the Builder [#914] At The Movies! Lights! Camera! Leo!: Bob and the team are building the set and rocket for the movie, Space Robots 3. While the team is busy at work, Leo dreams of starring in the film and tries to capture the attention of the director. When the cameras start rolling the next morning, Leo appears on set, inside the rocket. His antics result in the damage of the set and beloved robot character, D11D. Though D11D cannot be mended in time, super-fan Saffi is able to fit inside the robot's casing to play the role. Learning Goals: To observe actions and decisions of characters in stories and their consequences. To use creative brainstorming to generate possible solutions to a problem. To understand the importance of honesty. Star Struck Muck: Spring City Studios is planning to produce a new Dash Lighting film and Bob and the team are commissioned to build the set! While the team is at work, Muck is so consumed with meeting his hero, Dash Lightning, that he is distracted from the job. After a montage of mistakes, the entire set falls apart. Together, the team rebuild the set and Muck sacrifices watching the film shoot to help hold up the scenery. The filming wraps and Muck is finally able to meet his hero. The Conductor agrees, and the Train starts picking up dinosaurs, as Tiny and Buddy help keep track of how many of the different species have come on board, and where they are on the dinosaur A to Z list. The Dinosaur Train continues traveling around the Mesozoic picking up more and more dinosaurs that are in the `Dinosaurs A to Z' song, on the way to a picnic at Troodon Town. The Pteranodon family reunites with some dinosaurs they've met before, and are introduced to species they've never met! The Pteranodon kids also learn about classification, and Don leads the way organizing the dinosaurs on the Train by their species, features, and size. The Pteranodon family is on the Dinosaur Train, now very crowded with all 26 dinosaurs mentioned in the `Dinosaurs A to Z' song. The Train has added more extra cars than it ever has, and there's even an additional engine to help pull the Train to Troodon Town. George seems to have something on his mind. Since no one can communicate with a firefly, they call in Houston. With the help of his firefly communicator, they find out that George is lost and needs help finding the Firefly Fiesta! Thunderstruck - It's Nature Scrapbook Day today! Nature Cat and his pals are out in nature, taking photos, drawing pictures and collecting various aspects of nature to put in their nature scrapbook. Suddenly, a thunderstorm causes the gang to seek shelter in Hal's doghouse. While building, the Moon's surface shakes. Huh? The Earth kids are amazed to learn that the Moon has quakes, and Jet is just as amazed to learn that Earthquakes exist. After learning about the causes of moonquakes, the kids attempt to build a Moonquake-proof structure. / Sean and Sydney are planning to take Jet to the DSA Open House the upcoming weekend. The Earth kids are nervous that he will get in front of a crowd of strangers and forget to keep the secret that he's an alien from Bortron 7. After a hilarious outburst from Jet, the kids are motivated to try to "train" him to behave less like an alien from outer space, and more like a "regular Earthie kid." The Train has added more extra cars than it ever has, and there's even an additional engine to help pull the Train to Troodon Town.
