Using American Family - Journey of Dreams as a centerpiece, KQED
Education Network spotlighted Latino health issues
in the Bay Area through a series of community outreach
activities and a unique youth media campaign. By
expanding on previous outreach successes and strengthening
existing relationships with Latino organizations,
EdNet endeavored to enhance its relationship with
Latino communities, raise an awareness of health
issues and resources in the Bay Area, increase viewership
of the program and bring new audiences to KQED.
