The Campbell Farmers' Market, going into its 6th year, has matured into what many feel is the best farmers' market in the entire South Bay Area. In peak season, close to sixty vendors line Campbell Avenue between Central Avenue and Second Street in Historic Downtown Campbell, offering the finest and freshest food available. Thousands come out weekly to support the Farmers' Market and the many other downtown social functions that dot the calendar (Prunefest, St Patrick's Day Festival, Oktoberfest, and Music in the Park).
The Campbell Redevelopment Department has taken a diamond in the rough and has really made it shine over the past 6 years. With the recent addition of some great pubs, restaurants, retail shops, and a convenient parking structure this historic section of downtown was recently named by Silicon Valley Business Ink as one of the "Top 10 Trendiest Downtowns" in the greater Bay Area.
