Mikael Wagner is a small business owner, a public health advocate and a community activist who has dedicated his life to empowering disenfranchised populations in the Bay Area and beyond. He is founder and president of Promotions West, a public relations firm that specializes in grassroots communication and helps local and national organizations design and implement community outreach strategies.
