Tamara Keith
Sacramento Region Reporter
Tamara Keith started her career in public radio before she was old enough to drive. Four cars and hundreds of thousands of miles later, she is the Sacramento region reporter for KQED.

She has also worked as the state capital bureau reporter for KPCC (Southern California Public Radio), as a general assignment reporter and sometimes host at WOSU in Columbus, Ohio, and as the Central Valley bureau correspondent for The California Report.

As a teenager, Tamara was a regular essayist for NPR's Weekend Edition Sunday. Her stories are heard on NPR's Morning Edition, All Things Considered, Weekend Edition Saturday/Sunday, Day to Day and Marketplace. She is also the host and co-creator of B-Side Radio, a podcast and public radio show with very limited national distribution.

She lives in Davis with her husband and dog.
