Hello Leroy,

I'm afraid you are not alone. Help is trickling down to the state and local level, with more expected in the next year.

The California Building Performance Contractors Association offers free training, for qualified individuals. This is a very good deal. Go to their Web site, www.cbpca.org, or contact Barbara Hernesman, 530-265-0233, or e-mail her at barbarah@cbpca-hers.org and ask about the subsidized training options.

I and everyone at Home Energy wish you the best in getting the training you want and in creating a thriving business.
