HOTR woman -- Lil Fishman Krulevitch circa 1930's holding a chicken on her chicken ranch in Petaluma. Lil still lives in Petaluma today and appears in HOTR. She recalls Nazis marching down Main Street in Petaluma in the 1930's.

Song of a Jewish Cowboy -- Scott Gerber is a descendant of chicken ranchers. He works as a cowboy in Petaluma today and also sings Yiddish and cowboy songs. He appears in HOTR and in the dompanion short "Song of a Jewish Cowboy" by co-producer, Bonnie Burt.
