Senate Committee Passes Health Care Bill

Senator Max Baucus' health bill passed the Finance Committee on Tuesday. This was in spite of a just-released report commissioned by the health insurance industry claiming premiums would rise much faster under the proposed reforms. As part of our ongoing series on the health care debate, we discuss yesterday's vote and the next steps.
