Making Decisions about Medical Care

When faced with difficult medical decisions, how do patients make choices about their treatment? More than ever, patients are getting conflicting medical information from the Internet and medical providers. We talk with experts and participants in a UCSF program designed to inform patients and help them figure out how to make important medical decisions.
