Budget Details Emerge
California lawmakers are looking over the fine print of a budget agreement worked out by state leaders this week. The tentative agreement, expected to be voted up or down on Thursday, includes $15 billion in spending cuts and billions more in accounting maneuvers and sales of state assets. We talk to legislative leaders about the deal from our Sacramento studios.
