The National Ignition Facility

On Friday, the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory will unveil the National Ignition Facility, which the lab says will help develop alternatives to nuclear weapons testing, produce fusion-based energy and shed light on the origins of the universe. We get a preview of the facility.
