Declining Demand for H1-B Visas
The usual rush for companies to apply for H1-B visas for highly skilled foreign workers has slowed way down this year. We
look at what the economic downturn means for Silicon Valley companies and the workers they hire under H1-B visas. We'll also
discuss the political pressures to change the program, in light of widespread job losses for American-born workers.
