San Francisco physician Jane Hightower believes that government agencies are failing to protect the public from high levels of mercury in seafood. We'll talk to Hightower about her new book, "Diagnosis: Mercury, Money, Politics & Poison." And we'll check in with Nicholas Ralston, a research scientist who differs with Hightower about the risks of seafood consumption.
