Wells Fargo Acquires Wachovia

Amid the continuing chaos on Wall Street, San Francisco-based Wells Fargo said it would acquire Wachovia Corp, beating out a competing offer from Citigroup. We look at what the deal might mean for the bank's local customers and for the industry as a whole.
