SF Zoo Tiger Attack/Broken Pavement
On Christmas Day, a tiger escaped it's enclosure at San Francisco Zoo, mauling two people and killing one. We ask how this tragedy could have occurred. At 9:30am: Road conditions in the Bay Area have deteriorated, and local officials say they struggle to find money to fix the potholes. Forum discusses what some officials are doing to smooth the ride.
