The program continues its special two-hour program live from San Francisco City Hall's South Light Court. In this second hour, the show discusses the U.S. Citizenship Test. What does the test look for in candidates for citizenship? How effective is it as a tool for evaluation, and should it be revised to better serve its purpose?
