Jeff Godown was promoted to be San Francisco's interim police chief last month when his predecessor George Gascon became district attorney. A transplant from Los Angeles, Godown joins us in the studio to discuss police use of tasers, the recent spike in homicides (despite an overall drop in crime) and whether he wants to be named to the top job permanently.

Host: Michael Krasny

Guests:

  • Jeff Godown, interim chief of the San Francisco Police Department
