San Francisco is decked out in orange and black, but it has nothing to do with Halloween. The Giants have won the pennant -- and fans are eagerly awaiting Wednesday's opening game of The World Series.

Host: Michael Krasny

Guests:

  • Ann Killion, contributing writer to Sports Illustrated and Comcast SportsNet Bay Area
  • Jon Miller, play-by-play announcer for the San Francisco Giants
  • Lon Simmons, longtime sports broadcaster for the San Francisco Giants, starting when the team moved west in 1958
  • Marty Lurie, Giants pre-game and post-game host on KNBR 680

The Giants, with their weird 'dos, beards and undergarments have captured the City's heart -- but they face a formidable opponent in the big-hitting Texas Rangers.
