Laura's Law
Seven years ago, California passed a law that would make it easier to force mentally ill people to get treatment -- but only one county has fully implemented what's known as Laura's Law. Supporters say the law would help the mentally ill when they're too sick to help themselves. Critics say it could result in a frightening loss of liberties and unnecessary, involuntary lock-ups. We discuss Laura's Law and why it hasn't been more widely implemented.
