The Copenhagen Summit: Lowered Expectations

President Obama is scheduled to speak at the Copenhagen climate summit on today. Discussions have bogged down over issues such as how much industrialized nations should pay developing countries to help reduce greenhouse gasses, and monitoring emissions cuts by individual nations. We talk with reporters and an atmospheric scientist about lowered expectations from the climate summit.
